Trade confirmations will be available under the Statements & Documents section in the Axos Client Portal or the About Account tab in Liberty for easy access to view, print, and download anytime.

We wanted to inform you that we are currently experiencing issues with our local UPS facility, which has resulted in delayed packages being unavailable for pick-up, and, in some cases, lost. This directly impacts our ability to process and post requests and deliver the high-quality service our clients have come to know and deserve. To ensure a smoother client experience, we encourage you to use another overnight delivery service instead of UPS until their operational issues are resolved. If you choose to continue using UPS, below is a list of guaranteed delivery times.

UPS Next Day Air® Early           9 a.m.             
UPS Next Day Air®                    12 p.m.             
UPS Next Day Air Saver®          End of Day* 
UPS 2nd Day Air                         End of Day           

All other shipping methods are End of Day delivery.
