Important Information

Over the next six months, we will be moving our Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations from JP Morgan to Axos Bank. To ensure a smooth transition, both JP Morgan and Axos Bank accounts will run simultaneously until March 2025.

Please note that no action is required for any ACH transactions processed through Axos Advisor Services.

• This covers both one-time and recurring systematic transactions on the Liberty platform.
• This is also inclusive of any ACHs manually processed by the Axos Advisor Services Operations team on your behalf.
• Our wire instructions remain unchanged.

 
Below are our new bank instructions for ACH transactions:

• Bank Name: Axos Bank
• Account Number: 890000058705
• ABA Number: 122287251
• Instructions: In ACH PPD transaction field #7, enter the 6-digit Axos Advisor Services account number, followed by a space, then the first ten characters of the account holder’s last name.
  Example: 123456 SMITH

Action is required only when your clients initiate ACH transactions from an external institution.
In these instances, you and your clients have until March 2025 to update their instructions based on the new bank information above.

Your Client Service Advocate will notify you in the coming weeks if you have any clients who need to act.

Annual Privacy Notice to Account Owners
Axos Advisor Services is required to provide account owners with an annual Privacy Notice, as federal law mandates that we inform investors how we collect, share, and protect their personal information and how they can opt out of certain types of data sharing. Statement of Financial Condition
In compliance with Securities Exchange Act Rule 17a-5(c), Axos Clearing, LLC (“Axos” or “Axos Clearing”) is required to provide its Statement of Financial Condition to all end investors on a biannual basis. Fee Disclosure
Axos Advisor Services is required to provide account owners with a fee schedule that represents any potential charges that can be applied to their account and 30 days’ notice of imposing of any fee changes. This document provides an overview of the standard pricing for activities such as trading, special assets, administration, and money movement. While some rates may have been negotiated with your Strategic Account Manager, we are obligated to share the Standard Fee Schedule with all end investors. This evening, September 12, starting at 6:00 p.m. MT, we will be implementing a network change expected to take up to six hours. During this time, users may experience intermittent timeouts while accessing Liberty. Please note that the Liberty platform will remain online, and any disruptions should be temporary.

Federal income tax regulations require IRA account holders to be informed of their right to waive or elect a different withholding rate prior to taking a distribution. To comply with these regulations, Axos will send an IRA Withholding Notice and Election to end investors bi-annually.

Who will receive the notice?

• All end investors with an open or closing IRA account.

Is there any action required?

• No action is required if an end investor wants to maintain their current tax withholding election.
• If no withholding election is made, the default holding rate will be used at the time of distribution.
• Investors may use the IRA Withholding Notice and Election to revoke or change their previous election at any time.
• Axos will only store returned tax withholding information for end investors with an established systematic distribution.
  
  

When will the notices be mailed?

• Notices will be mailed the first week of September 2024, and bi-annually thereafter.
  
  

How is tax withholding handled for non-systematic distributions?

• For all types of distributions, tax withholding can be elected at the time of distribution on the distribution form.
