Over the next six months, we will be moving our Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations from JP Morgan to Axos Bank. To ensure a smooth transition, both JP Morgan and Axos Bank accounts will run simultaneously until March 2025. Please note that no action is required for any ACH transactions processed through Axos Advisor Services.
Below are our new bank instructions for ACH transactions:
Action is required only when your clients initiate ACH transactions from an external institution. In these instances, you and your clients have until March 2025 to update their instructions based on the new bank information above. Your Client Service Advocate will notify you in the coming weeks if you have any clients who need to act.
