NOW LIVE: Liberty Message Center Enhancements

This week’s Liberty release will have several new updates to our Liberty Message Center functionality. 

• Users can now add additional messages and attachments to active cases within the Account Overview tile.  This will allow users to quickly add a message or attachment(s) to a case directly from the Account screen. 
• We added a status of “Pending Closing” for cases.  These cases will reflect a status of “Pending Closing” to help notify users of items that will close within 10 days. These are for informational purposes but provide better communication of statuses.
• We updated the “bubbles” in the Message Center notifications link to better notify users of pending cases needing attention on the Processing and Communication tabs.
  • Red bubbles notify users of any pending customer response status or pending closing status on the Processing tab.
  • Yellow bubbles will notify users of pending customer response cases on the Communications tab.
