Important Update: New Partnership with Crystal Capital Partners

We’re excited to announce our partnership with Crystal Capital Partners! On 10/26/23, we’re rolling out Crystal’s alternative investment platform which includes:

• Access to ~50 private equity, private credit, venture capital and hedge funds.
• One-time online subscription with a single subscription document and consolidated K-1s, regardless of the number of underlying funds in a portfolio.
• Consolidated performance reporting — monthly account statements for hedge funds and quarterly for private markets.
• Ability to customize and private label client-facing materials such as interactive proposals, manager/fund profiles and industry insights.
• Works with well-known independent service providers for audit, tax reporting, and administration — safeguarding client assets.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?

• Starting on 10/26/23, you’ll be able to register and access Crystal’s website at www.crystalfunds.com.
• You can create portfolios from the funds listed on Crystal’s platform.
• Rely on Crystal’s investor relations team for ongoing support and portfolio rebalancing:

• Alternative investments available through Crystal’s platform will be available for Qualified Purchasers in both taxable and non-taxable accounts. A Qualified Purchaser is defined as:
  • A person holding $5 million or more in investments
  • A company holding $5 million or in investments owned by close family members
  • A trust holding $5 million or more in investments
  • An investment manager with $25 million or more under management
  • A company holding $25 million or more in investments

• New investor minimums are $250K and the minimum to create a new portfolio is $1M
