We have reduced interest rates on new Securities Backed Line of Credit (SBLOC) accounts! If your clients are looking for additional liquidity options or are planning for a major purchase, an SBLOC is a great option to consider. With our reduced interest rates, streamlined account opening process, and flexible product design, you can help your clients achieve their financial goals and gain access to liquidity.

Initiating an SBLOC
To set up an SBLOC, you will see a link under additional actions on the overview page. Once initiated and the desired credit amount is input, the DocuSign application and loan documents are sent to your client. After the client completes the necessary paperwork, the DocuSign will be returned to you so you can sign the Client Suitability Attestation. Please reference the SBLOC Liberty User Guide for step-by-step instructions.

If the client starts the process from the Axos Client Portal, you will receive a bulletin in Liberty. After the client completes the necessary paperwork, the DocuSign will be returned to you so you can meet with your client to discuss the SBLOC and sign the Client Suitability Attestation to complete the process.

Execution Process
For the process to work smoothly, it is important that each account has a Representative and an email address associated with it. To ensure a smooth process can be executed, your Client Services Advocate will contact you to obtain any missing information.
