We have improved how you and your clients can access trade confirmations within the Axos Client Portal and Liberty. Trade confirmations will be available under the Statements & Documents section in the Axos Client Portal or the About Account tab in Liberty for easy access to view, print, and download anytime. If you have any questions, please contact your Client Services Advocate." We wanted to inform you that we are currently experiencing issues with our local UPS facility, which has resulted in delayed packages being unavailable for pick-up, and, in some cases, lost. This directly impacts our ability to process and post requests and deliver the high-quality service our clients have come to know and deserve. To ensure a smoother client experience, we encourage you to use another overnight delivery service instead of UPS until their operational issues are resolved.
